hOm Sound Bath

Description

A 30-minute multi-practitioner sound bath experience using acoustic and electric instruments including multiple singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, atmospheric soundscapes (such as birds, waves, thunderstorms), and more. Attendees will be asked to lie down or sit during the experience while the sound “washes” over them, to encourage relaxation, rest, and relief. There will additionally be an introduction and closing with the sound bath for those who are both new and familiar with the experience.
