Description

Join us this summer for our Friday Fun Days event series! This interactive program is designed for 4th – 12th grade students, parents, and grandparents as a way to connect their stories to the Veteran experience.This program will run from 9 am to 12 pm every Friday in July. Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen and water bottles with them, as parts of the program will be held outdoors. This event does not include museum admission after the program. Parking is $5 and can be paid via credit card at the gate.

Symbolism and Pride: The American flag, the bald eagle, military medals and honors, what do they all represent. Learn about symbols and awards Veterans receive and how we celebrate their service.
